Delete your TrueVine account

Delete it in the app

It takes a few seconds and works the same on iPhone and Android:

1. Open TrueVine and tap the settings button on the Today screen.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away, and we email you a confirmation.

Ask us by email

Don't have the app anymore? Email hello@rayform.tech from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my TrueVine account”. We'll confirm it's you, delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account: email address, name, sign-in methods and sessions. If you used Sign in with Apple, TrueVine is disconnected from your Apple ID too.
• Journal entries and voice note recordings.
• Prayers, check-ins, saved verses, reading plan progress and custom routines.
• Your rhythm history, quiet hours, screen habits, settings and onboarding answers.
• App events stored with your account.

What's kept, and for how long

• Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
• Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep records of purchases as billing and tax laws require.
• If you emailed us, we keep that conversation only as long as we need it to help you.

Nothing else is kept.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel TrueVine Pro. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel there:

• iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions.

Delete only some data

You don't have to delete everything:

• Delete a single journal entry, prayer or routine right where it is in the app.
• Settings, Privacy, Delete all my data clears your journal, prayers, history and settings but keeps your account.
• Settings, Privacy, Export my data gives you a copy of everything first.
